Conveyor thermal dryer

Conveyor dryers are one of the most important links in conveyor technology, satisfying the basic her request – solidity of production.

For the first time in the industry of construction materials conveyor dryers began to apply for small items with a short time of drying - ceramic tiles, insulators, economic and electrotechnical porcelain, plaster molds, etc. With the introduction of conveyor technology for many ceramic factories with the issue of the mass production of the drier began to apply also for the drying of the major products made from plastics: ceramic pipes, sanitary-building ceramic wares.

Conveyor dryers consists of moving in a drying chamber tape or roller chains with pendants bearing products. During one return of the conveyor belt passes drying cycle. Tape length is proportional to the time of drying, which can be within certain limits regulate the change of the velocity of its motion. The source of heat in the drying of convective type is the hot air circulating in the chamber. In radiation dryers are located in the cell special Electrical walls. These dryers is usually used for drying of thin products flat forms in row them laying on the tape conveyor. The walls of the drying chamber are made of metal panels attached to the mounting frame. The outer surface of the walls are covered with a layer of insulation.
