Conveyor for cooling

The tunnel is designed for mechanization of the process of cooling of the products at the enterprises.

THE PRINCIPLE OF WORK.

The conveyor is driven by an electric motor and reducer. On the conveyor belt on the left side of the machine fits products for cooling and enters the zone of work aircooling. Chilled products are served conveyor belt on the table collect the finished product. The volume of supply of cooled air is regulated with the help of a remote control with the use of microprocessor (output temperature in the chamber, working condition of the unit, the reasons of failures; the assignment of the required temperature in the chamber, parameters defrost and other parameters of the compressor - condenser unit. The required temperature inside the cooling is achieved through the recirculation of cooling air.

The sides of the tunnel opened on both sides. As an insulating material is used sandwich panel with high strength, durability and reliable freeze isolation.
